Cancellation requests received after October 1, 2023 will be subject to a $100 administration fee.
Refunds will not be available for cancellations received after October 15, 2023.
Western Growers has negotiated a special hotel rate for Annual Meeting registrants at the Grand Hyatt Kauai. The hotel link will be provided in your registration receipt. Room rates for the Annual Meeting start at $335 plus tax and resort fee. This is an incredible rate, and we do expect to sell out. A Full Conference Pass includes access to the Welcome Reception, Featured Sessions, AgSharks Competition, Party with the Partners, Chair’s Luncheon, Hawaiian Ohana (Family) Games and the Award of Honor Reception and Dinner Gala.

Proceeds from our annual PAC luncheon help amplify our members’ voices in political contests across Arizona, California, and elsewhere. Must be purchased with a Full Conference Pass.

This year, Western Growers will present the 2023 Award of Honor to D’Arrigo Bros. Co. of California CEO/President and Chairman of the Board John D’Arrigo. The Award of Honor is Western Growers’ highest recognition of achievement and is given to individuals who have contributed extensively to the agricultural community.
Celebrate 2023 Honoree John D’Arrigo and Reserve a table of ten for you and your guests at the Award of Honor Dinner Gala. Preferred seating at the front of the room for the best view of our stage, entertainment, and Award of Honor recipient. Each table reservation includes ten tickets for the dinner, two complimentary bottles of wine and a congratulatory ad in the program.
