Refund Policy:
Western Growers will issue a full refund, minus a $100 processing fee, for written cancellation requests received prior to October 4, 2024.
There will be no refunds issued after October 4, 2024
The hotel reservation link will be emailed to you upon completion of conference registration. If you do not receive the hotel reservation email please contact Cheryl Hall at [email protected].
A Full Conference Pass includes access to all public sessions, including the Welcome Reception, Featured Sessions, Party with the Partners, Chair’s Lunch and the Award of Honor Reception and Dinner Gala. (PAC Lunch, Pickleball, and the Golf Tournament are available as add-ons.)

A Guest Pass includes all public conference events except PAC Lunch, the Golf Tournament and Pickleball. A Guest Pass is only available with the purchase of a Full Conference Pass and is intended for the spouse or guest of a conference attendee.
A Single-Day Pass includes access for Monday or Tuesday (Does not include PAC Luncheon, which may be purchased during the registration process).

The Western Growers Political Action Committee (PAC) provides strategic campaign support to elected officials and candidates. Proceeds from our annual PAC Lunch help amplify our members’ voices in political contests across on both state and national levels. Tickets to the PAC Lunch are only available with the purchase of a Full Conference Pass.

Join us for Western Growers 2nd Annual Pickleball Tournament! All levels welcome!
Our goal is to give all players maximum number of games. Format of play may vary depending on entry and some levels may be merged. USA Pickleball rules will apply. Please indicate your level of play: 3.0 (beginner), 3.5 (intermediate) or 4.0+ (advanced).
Registration is $65 and can be added-on to your conference pass.
Celebrate the 2024 Honoree and reserve a table of ten for you and your guests at the Award of Honor Dinner Gala. Tables guarantee premium seating at the front of the room for the best view of our stage, entertainment and Award of Honor recipient. Each table reservation includes ten tickets for the dinner, two complimentary bottles of wine and a congratulatory ad in the program. Western Growers Membership team will contact you to coordinate the ad design and placement. Contact [email protected] with any questions. A portion of the proceeds benefit the Western Growers Foundation.
Recognize this year’s Award of Honor recipient, Sonny Rodriguez, with a custom, full- or half-page ad in the dinner program. Proceeds benefit Western Growers Foundation.
